A community that engages stakeholders in transforming Governance, with a focus on young people.

YouthinkPA acts as a bridge, connecting young generations to the public sector and involving them in the innovation and revitalization of Governance.

Universities, consulting firms, innovation ecosystems, public institutions, media, and young individuals with a keen interest come together to demonstrate the added value of a well-functioning and effective public sector.

We lead research and engagement initiatives aimed at exploring and understanding the transformations in governance that affect young people today.
Through our Desk Università, we provide a comprehensive look at Italian university programs in public affairs, supporting informed decision-making for students shaping their academic and professional futures.
We're also developing the Atlante delle Tesi — a permanent observatory that maps and interprets the evolving landscape of academic research in the public sector from a youth perspective.

We promote dialogue through multistakeholder events and discussions, giving space to fresh perspectives on the future of public administration — powered by the ideas and energy of young people.

Finally, The Premio Tesi YTPA celebrates outstanding theses that contribute to innovation in public policy and administration.

What is Premio Tesi YTPA?

An initiative designed to give voice to young talent and reward their most innovative ideas through academic research, It was created to recognize outstanding theses focused on innovation in public policy and its impact on public administration.

In collaboration with Italian universities and training institutions, the award aims to highlight the contributions of young people who want to actively participate in modernizing the public sector. One of its key goals is to raise awareness among the broader community, private sector, and institutions about the importance of renewing public administration.

The award is open to anyone who has earned a bachelor’s, master’s (or equivalent), PhD, or postgraduate degree (in Italy or abroad) in any academic field, starting from the 2018–2019 academic year.
